Amidst the walls of an old castle, the hotel and areas given over to hospitality offer a peaceful setting which has recently been completely refurbished. From the terrace with a view over the Roero and Langhe, the pool, the old tower and the panorama stir the imagination and take us back in time. A novel and highly successful film tell the story of “the secret of Santa Vittoria", when - in order to save the village from reprisals - the inhabitants hid their most precious treasure in the caves beneath the hills: wine. Today treasures and secrets are talked of calmly over time-honoured local specialities in the Piedmontese restaurant. It is open to the guests of the hotel, and to groups of up to 150 people for meetings and ceremonies. The Castle also houses a fish-only restaurant, run by the Mongelli family, which has been commended by the 2010 Michelin Guide with the awarding of a star.
