Ca' del Lupo offers a breathtaking view over the Langhe and the entire arc of the Alps through its large windows. During summer, diners can eat outside enjoying the cool hill climate. The cuisine is based on traditional dishes, with special attention being given to keeping it light. The ingredients are carefully chosen on the basis of the season and their genuineness. The bread, focaccia, breadsticks and main courses are cooked in a wood oven. The cellar stocks a good selection of labels from the best-known wine producers in the Langa and Roero. The hotel alongside has 27 standard and 2 suites, all with panoramic private terraces, and furnished to ensure a perfectly restful stay. Standing on top of a hill, it makes an excellent starting point for setting out on rides, rambles and relaxing walks. From July 2010 an outdoor pool will be available exclusively to guests.
